EPK MiniTest 2500 Coating Thickness Gauge with FN1.6 for non-ferrous metal insulation coatings Picture

The MiniTest 2500 coating Thickness Gauge can be used with a wide range of transducers, different calibration methods and evaluation options for a wide range of tasks in the field of coating measurement.

Application scenarios

Non-destructive measurement covers the following measurement ranges:

0~50 mm is used for non-magnetic coating on steel

0~100 mm is used for insulating coating on non-ferrous metals

Heat-resistant probes are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C and 350°C

Pencil-shaped probes are measured in tubes and tubes

All probes are equipped with wear bars to ensure long service life on abrasive substrates.

MiniTest 2500 andMiniTest 4500Both models are equipped with a huge data memory that can store up to 2 million measured values, which can be in direct mode (MiniTest 2500) or classified as an APPLICATION-BATCH memory structure.

Data transfer to PC via USB interface; The MiniTest 4500 also offers Bluetooth connectivity.

The ergonomic design, clear display, one-touch operation and illuminated keypad, among other practical features, add high customer value to the MiniTest 2500-4500 meter series.
