Introduction

LS193 is a small-aperture hand-held gloss meter, which is professionally used for gloss measurement of curved surfaces or ultra-small objects. It adopts a 60° universal angle design and the maximum measuring range can reach 1000GU. The instrument is easy to operate, and it can be tested immediately after release, without key operation. In addition to the normal mode, the instrument can also be set to the QC mode, which can realize QC rapid detection. The instrument is also equipped with powerful PC software, which can be used for online measurement, intelligent statistics of data and generation of measurement reports.

Features

1. The measuring aperture of the instrument is only 3*6mm, which is suitable for measuring the glossiness of curved surfaces or ultra-small objects.

2. The instrument has ambient temperature compensation, the value is stable, and allows long-term calibration. The repeatability is very good, within the measurement range of 0-100GU, the repeatability can reach ±0.2GU; within the measurement range of 100-1000GU, the repeatability can reach ±0.2% of reading.

3. The LS193 gloss meter can ensure that it passes the inspection of any metrology institute, and complies with the national JJG696-2002 standard for first-class working machines, which is completely comparable to the test data of imported gloss meters.

4. The instrument supports switching between normal mode and QC mode to adapt to different application scenarios. The normal mode can be released and measured immediately, with fast reading without cumbersome operation; the QC mode can customize the upper and lower limits, which can realize the rapid detection of incoming materials.

5. The instrument is equipped with dedicated upper computer software (only supports Windows system), which supports PC-side setting mode and upper and lower limit values and online testing, and can generate test reports from the test data.

6. It is designed with a strong magnetic suction bottom cover, which is two-in-one with the calibration board, and can be calibrated after powering on, without worrying about losing the calibration board.

7. The instrument has a built-in high-performance rechargeable lithium battery, with ultra-low power consumption, and can be used continuously for more than 48 hours after one charge.

8. Slim body, compact and portable, aviation aluminum shell, industrial style design, super good texture.

Connect to the computer via USB, you can use the gloss meter PC software. (PC software only supports Windows operating system) This software can perform functions such as online measurement, parameter setting, report generation and printing.

It can be installed by:

2) Download the software online to the local, and run it directly after decompression
