FAQ
QCan Experimental Film Applicators Scratch Film About 1μm?
A
The film can be scraped to 1.5 μm.
QDoes the Battery Lab Film Applicator not have a vacuum adsorption function?
A
No, this one has Miscellaneous vacuum adsorption function.
QCan this scrape the nano-graphene film?
A
OK
QFilm Coater can control the film thickness to what? Is there any special requirement for film formation solution?
A
The film thickness control of the Film Coater is determined by the wire rod or doctor blade. The wire rod can be scraped at a minimum of 1.5um, and the doctor blade can be scraped at a minimum of 10um. If the viscosity is higher than 1000cp, use the doctor blade, and if it is low, use the wire rod. Volatile liquids are difficult to control, and heating reactions such as hot-melt adhesives are required.
QDoes this Film Applicator have adsorption function?
A
Hello, no.
QHow thick can the lowest scrape, is 2um okay?
A
The minimum can be scraped 1.5 microns. 2 micron film is no problem.
