Introduction

TQC CC1000 series multi-caliber includes VF1839, VF1842, VF1844, VF1846 and VF1847 models, corresponding to different coating film thicknesses. The CC1000 series has an automatically adjustable blade holder on top of the grid, which ensures that the pressure on the blade is equalized. This round cutter has eight incisions.

Operating Principle

TQC CC1000 series multi-type grid device uses the working principle of the grid method,The grid method is a test method for measuring the adhesion of a dry coating on a surface, using a row of 6/11 blades between two outer wires to draw 25/100 squares, and the evaluation grade is determined by comparing the grids. The adhesion of dry-coated paint to the substrate is measured by a series of cuts. Cut out two parallel lines that cross vertically to get 25 or 100 squares. Parallel line intersection areas are evaluated on a tabletop and then treated with a stiff bristle brush for a short period of time or taped on a hard substrate.
