DP series handheld infrared thermal imager has two high-precision devices, DP-22 (resolution: 320x240) and DP-21 (resolution: 220x160). The temperature of each pixel, and by combining visible light, the state of the object can be photographed more clearly.
1. HD image
The high resolution of the DP series allows you to observe the measured object more clearly, and with 8 color palettes, it can adapt to temperature measurement in more scenes. Supports accurate temperature measurement (±2°C or ±2%) from -10°C to +450°C.

The visible light display mode is clear at a glance, and non-professionals can easily measure the temperature, and learn to use it by comparing it with the infrared screen.
Edge fusion of visible light images can not only see the infrared image distribution and temperature measurement, but also display the details of visible light at the same time.
Overlay Fusion. Part of the color of visible light can be superimposed on the infrared thermal imaging to make the background clearer and easy to identify the environment.
Picture-in-picture mode. Especially highlight the temperature measurement of the central part. It is suitable for quickly switching between visible light and infrared images, and finding problem spots.
3. Image enhancement
Three different image enhancement modes can be selected under each color palette to match different measured objects and ambient temperatures, and you can choose to highlight the measured object itself or the background details.

4. Flexible temperature measurement
It supports central point temperature measurement, high temperature and low temperature automatic tracking, and can block other high and low temperature interference by setting high and low temperature tracking in the area.
Area temperature measurement
Some areas can be selected for center point, high and low temperature tracking, shielding the interference of high temperature points in the lower right corner (as shown in the figure below), this temperature measurement area can be adjusted, zoomed in and out to meet the needs of different scenarios.

Visible light mode temperature measurement. Satisfy non-professionals who are not familiar with infrared, conduct temperature measurement and search, usually find the fault point by searching the highest temperature point.
5. Temperature alarm
High temperature and low temperature thresholds can be set, and alarms can be issued above or below the threshold.
6. WiFi
Through WiFi, the pictures taken by the handheld device can be transmitted to computers, mobile phones, PADs and other devices, and the pictures can be analyzed. At the same time, an SDK is provided to embed the analysis system into third-party software.
7. Image storage and analysis
Save a picture in Tiff format each time when shooting. This picture contains 3 frames of images at the same time. You can use various general image viewing software to view different frame pictures (you can only view the temperature of each pixel of the image through our image analysis software. General-purpose viewing software can only view images and does not support temperature analysis):

Considering the abnormality that occurs when the user shoots on-site, the pictures can be imported into our image analysis software afterwards, and through secondary analysis and editing of the images, it is convenient for customers to edit, analyze and output reports without having to go to the site to shoot again. Save customers time.
After the pictures are imported into the analysis software, the captured pictures can be preliminarily screened according to the temperature range and the temperature difference value in the image to filter out unnecessary pictures and improve production efficiency.
It supports point temperature measurement, line temperature measurement, ellipse temperature measurement, rectangular temperature measurement and polygon temperature measurement, and can display the highest, lowest and average temperature in the selected area.
You can choose to analyze in infrared thermal imaging or visible light.
