KW series glue coater is suitable for the surface coating of semiconductor silicon wafers, glass slides, wafers, substrates, ITO conductive glass and plate making. This product has the advantages of stable speed and quick start, and can ensure the consistency and uniformity of the glue thickness in the semiconductor material. It is usually used together with an oil-free Vacuum Pump.

Increase the key interlock function to prevent misoperation of flying pieces; 

The oil-free pump control switch is added, the pump start and stop control is convenient, and the heat generation and noise of the pump are effectively reduced.

1. Display

Speed display (thousand revolutions per minute): Display the current running speed of the motor, that is, the current speed of glue spreading;

· Time display: Display the remaining time of the motor running, that is, the remaining time of dispensing glue.

2. Speed

 Low gear

Speed setting (×10): the running speed setting of the motor in the low-speed section, that is, the speed setting of the glue uniforming in the low-speed section;

· Time setting (seconds): The running time setting of the low-speed section with the glue-spraying speed set, that is, the glue-spraying time setting of the low-speed section.

 High gear

Speed setting (×10): the running speed setting of the motor in the high-speed section, that is, the speed setting of the glue uniforming in the high-speed section;

· Time setting (seconds): The running time setting of the glue spreading speed set in the high speed section, that is, the glue spreading time setting in the high speed section.

3. Button

· Power supply: control the circuit on and off of the whole glue homogenizer;

· Pause/Resume: Control the motor to pause and resume. Pop up the button to pause, press the button to continue (motor speed and remaining glue time remain unchanged);

· Pick-up/suction: control the pick-up and release of the substrate. Press the button to suck the tablet, pop up the button to take the tablet;

· Start/Stop: Control motor start, emergency stop. Press the button to start, press the button again to stop.
