Pen dissolved oxygen instrument

Measurement range of dissolved oxygen is 0.00~20.00mg/L, which can measure the pH value of the solution and display the temperature of the measured liquid. Dissolved oxygen Tester is widely used in industry, laboratory, agriculture, breeding, scientific research and environmental protection.

The product design is more professional, it can measure the dissolved oxygen value of water quality and display the temperature of the measured water quality. Pen-type Dissolved Oxygen Meter is widely used in agriculture, industry, aquatic products, medicine, laboratory, domestic (CN) water and other fields.

Instructions

The electrodes just shipped from the factory are in a dry state. Before use, the electrode filling solution needs to be added:

1. Remove the electrode membrane sleeve, add 3/4 of the electrode filling solution, and ensure that there are no air bubbles in the electrode membrane sleeve. If there are air bubbles, you can pinch the electrode film cover and tap it with your fingers, and the air bubbles will rise in the electrode film cover to remove the air bubbles.

2. Screw the electrode film cover that has been filled with electrode filling solution onto the electrode until it is tight. During the screw-in process, the film will gradually adhere to the surface of the gold cathode until it becomes flat. During the installation process, make sure that there are no small air bubbles in the cavity . Note: If the electrode filling solution spills, please wipe up the spilled filling solution.

3. Connect the electrode to the instrument, turn on the machine and polarize the electrode for 30 minutes before use. If the electrode is inserted into anaerobic water or saturated oxygen water, the value does not change much, then the electrode membrane sleeve and electrode filling solution should be replaced.

4. Calibration introduction

The instrument adopts two-point calibration, please prepare first - a cup of anaerobic water, and a cup of saturated oxygen-dissolved water ( see Appendix 1 for details on how to prepare anaerobic water and saturated oxygen-dissolved water). If the water sample to be tested contains a certain salinity (such as a seawater farm), the salinity setting should be carried out during measurement (the salinity value needs to be measured with a salinity meter), and the salinity setting range of this instrument is (0.0~45%o); Then, if you are not measuring at the corresponding sea level, you need to set the air pressure (atmospheric pressure needs to be measured by a barometer ). The instrument sets the atmospheric pressure range: (101. 3~79.9KPa or 760~600mmHg).
