JZHY-180 Mechanical Surface/Interfacial Tension Meter is an instrument that uses physical methods to test the surface tension of liquids. It is easy to use and can quickly and accurately measure the surface and interfacial tension values of various liquids. In petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research and other departments, the instrument is widely used. It can clearly show the principle and process of measuring surface tension by ring method, adopts pure mechanical structure, durable, and relatively low cost, so it is especially suitable for laboratories and teaching in colleges and universities.
JZHY-180 adopts exquisite mechanical structure, which is composed of key parts such as torsion wire, platinum ring, sample holder, dial, vernier pointer, bracket, lever frame, fine-tuning worm gear pair, test worm gear pair, and sample holder. During operation, the torsion wire is applied to the torsion wire by the rotation of the test worm gear pair, and the platinum ring that makes the torsion force contact with the liquid surface balances the surface tension of the liquid. When the torsion wire continues to increase, the surface of the liquid to be tested is pulled apart. , the twisted angle of the torsion wire, the value indicated by the cursor on the dial, and then multiplied by the positive factor, that is, the measured surface tension value and interfacial tension value of the liquid.
