Introduction

HG-500 portable push-pull gauge is a general-purpose portable push-pull load testing instrument produced by Haibao. It belongs to the HG series digital display push-pull gauge. The load value that can be measured is 500N. HG-500 portable push-pull gauge has data storage function, can store 99 sets of test data, high measurement accuracy and good stability, sampling speed up to 120Hz, automatic exchange of N, kgf, lbf, wireless manual conversion value. In addition, this series of push-pull gauges can be connected to a PC to transmit, store and manage test data.

Features

1. HG-500 portable push-pull gauge adopts a segmented liquid crystal display and a green backlight screen.

2. Test direction display (pull +, push -).

3. High measurement accuracy, high resolution, good stability, sampling speed up to 120HZ.

4. It can be set to automatically shut down if there is no operation within the time range of 0~99 minutes.

5. Automatically interchange N, kgf, lbf three units.

6. Support free setting of upper and lower limit deviation value, automatic sound alarm and level signal output.

7. Data storage function, which can store 99 sets of test data, and automatically calculate the average value, maximum value and minimum value of the stored data.

8. Peak hold and peak automatic release functions (can be set from 0 to 99 seconds).

9. HG-100/200/500 portable push-pull force gauge adopts an external smart charger, which can be charged safely and prolong the battery life.

10. It can be connected to a PC to perform management operations such as reading, printing, deleting, and analyzing stored data.

11. The acceleration of gravity can be set.

12. Serial port output, which can print 10 sets of stored test data and maximum, minimum, average, qualified or unqualified judgments.

13. HG-500 portable push-pull dynamometer cooperates with Haibao electric test machine, which can realize various functions such as stop when breaking, force value maintenance, applied force limit and fatigue test.
