The rugged Elcometer 319 Dew Point Meter is designed to measure and record all relevant climatic parameters to determine if conditions are suitable for painting.
The versatile Elcometer 319 Dew Point Meter is capable of measuring and recording the following climatic parameters:
Relative Humidity
Air temperature
Surface temperature
Dew point temperature
TΔ (difference between surface temperature and dew point)
Dry-bulb temperature
Wet-bulb temperature
External Temperature Correction (Type K)
Specific humidity
1. Accurate
Complies with international standards including ISO 8502-4
A calibration certificate is provided with each instrument
All readings are stamped with time and date

2. Simple
Simple menu-driven user interface in multiple languages
The clear, illuminated display displays up to five user-defined parameters
The arrow indicator shows the temperature trend
The hold/freeze feature allows manual readings to be viewed before being added to memory

3. Flexible
The Model T can be used as a handheld dew point meter or as a remote data logging monitor
The magnetic surface temperature probe allows the surface temperature to be measured during remote logging
A liquid temperature probe turns a gauge into a thermometer

4. Durable
Safe to use in climates between -20°C (-4°F) and +80°C (+176°F).
The hermetically sealed sensor is waterproof and dustproof – IP66 equivalent
The redesigned sensor offers increased durability for longer service life

5. Multi-functional
Data can be downloaded to a PC via USB or Bluetooth ® and using the ElcoMaster ® software(T type only)Take an assessment
Powered by two AA batteries (up to 400 hours 2 uses) or directly via USB cable
When using batches, the intelligent memory calculates the total available record time
Store up to 25,000 records for up to 999 batches(T type only)
6. Fast, simple and easy to use
The Elcometer 319 Dew Point Meter features manual and automatic data logging in one meter (Model T only) with an integrated magnet that allows the meter to be attached to the substrate during remote recording. Its fast response time and intuitive menu structure make measuring climatic conditions quick and easy.
Adjustable limits can be set for each measurement parameter, triggering visual and audible alarms when limit values are exceeded, making them ideal for use in paint booths.
7. Flexible
Using an external probe, the multi-functIon Meter can also be used as a thermometer – ideal for measuring paint temperature prior to application as well as surface temperature during remote logging.
8. What matters is what you do with the data
Via Bluetooth ® or USB, the Elcometer 319 can be connected to a PC, Android™ or iOS mobile device to download data into the inspection app or ElcoMaster ®. The data can then be sent to colleagues and clients in real-time, generating an instant, professional inspection report at the touch of a button.
