The function of the fume hood is to discharge the harmful gas generated in the experiment and protect the health and safety of the experimenters. It is an indispensable part of the laboratory ventilation design.
Structural combination: All-steel overall combination is adopted, and independent water, electricity, and pipeline system storage cabinets are designed.
Outer box: It is made of 1.2mm thick steel plate stamping and forming, and the surface is treated with acid and alkali resistant EPOXY powder baking paint.
The countertop and optional sink are all 304 stainless steel, resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion.
Lighting: Super bright fluorescent lamps are used.
Handle: aluminum alloy matt semi-circular handle.
Deflector: The deflector allows the harmful gases in different height spaces to be discharged from different sections; the air in the fume hood is discharged at a speed of 0.5m/s on the operating surface to ensure that there is no residual gas.
Window: The glass window can be pulled up and down, staying in any position can provide experimenters with a safer and more comfortable experiment space.
