The Principle of the whole machine

The motor is running, the air enters the compressor cylinder through the muffler filter at the inlet, the compressor compresses the air, and the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the air flow pipe to open the one-way valve, and the pointer of the pressure gauge rises to 8 Bar, when it is greater than 8 Bar, The pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the electromagnetic valve quickly discharges the air pressure in the compressor cylinder to 0. At this time, the air switch pressure declares that the gas pressure is still 8 Bar (that is, the pressure in the gas storage tank is 8 Bar), and the gas is exhausted through the pneumatic valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the air storage tank drops to 5 Bar (6 Bar is optional), the pressure switch is automatically turned on by induction, the motor runs, and the compressor starts working again.

Function introduction of main accessories

1. Air storage tank: store compressed air to ensure continuous and stable pressure and flow.

2. The function of the pressure switch: to control the start and stop of the motor by sensing the pressure in the gas storage tank. The machine is set to 8Bar to stop; 5Bar (6Bar is optional) to restart.

3. Safety valve: When the pressure switch fails or other reasons, the compressor does not stop, and when the working pressure is greater than 8.8 Bar, the safety valve will automatically open to exhaust and reduce pressure.

4. Sewage discharge ball valve: It is used to discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank. When discharging the sewage, please ensure that there is no pressure in the storage tank.

5. Air inlet filter: filter the dust and particles in the air to avoid entering the compressor cylinder and damaging the compressor piston ring. At the same time, noise can be effectively reduced. It is recommended to change it every six months.
