The working principle of the whole machine

The motor runs, the air enters the compressor cylinder through the inlet silencer filter, the compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the air flow pipe and opens the check valve, the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8 Bar, when it is greater than 8 Bar, the pressure switch will automatically close after sensing the pressure, and the motor will stop working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly discharges the air pressure in the compressor body to 0. At this time, the air switch pressure declares that the gas pressure is still 8 Bar r (i.e. the pressure in the gas tank is 8 Bar r), and the gas is exhausted through the pneumatic valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the air tank drops to 5 bar (6 bar optional), the pressure switch is automatically activated by induction, the motor is running, and the compressor is back in operation.

Introduction to the functions of the main accessories

1. Air storage tank: store compressed air to ensure continuous and stable pressure and flow.

2. The function of the pressure switch: control the start and stop of the motor by sensing the pressure in the gas tank. The machine is set to 8 bar to stop and 5 bar (6 bar optional) to restart.

3. Safety valve: When the pressure switch fails or other reasons, the compressor does not stop, and the working pressure is greater than 8.8 Bar, the safety valve will be automatically opened and the exhaust will be depressurized.

4. Sewage ball valve: used to discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank, please ensure that there is no pressure in the storage when discharging.

5. Air inlet filter: filter dust and particles in the air to avoid entering the compressor cylinder and damaging the compressor piston ring. At the same time, it can effectively reduce noise. It is recommended to change it every six months.
