Introduction

This product uses circulating air for constant temperature heating. It is highly intelligent and does not require special supervision. The temperature is automatically adjusted according to the user's intelligent control. Its working temperature can range from room temperature to the highest temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be selected arbitrarily. After selection, the automatic control system in the box can be used to keep the temperature constant. Equipped with an electric blower to promote mechanical convection of indoor hot air to make the indoor temperature more uniform.  

Structure

This equipment is composed of stainless steel plates. Effective polyurethane foam is used as the insulation layer material between the working room and enclosure. It has good insulation effect and is safe and environmentally friendly. Opening the exhaust valve on the top of the box allows for convective exchange of hot and cold air at the working room temperature. The temperature is controlled by a thermal expansion controller or digital display instrument for automatic constant temperature adjustment. All electrical operating equipment are installed in the control layer on the box side. There is a side door in the control layer that can be removed for inspection or circuit repair.

  • Heater: Anti-vibration and anti-collision fin heater (nickel-chromium alloy)

  • Temperature sensor: PT100 thermal resistor (dry ball)

3. Ventilation system

There is a 50MM vent on each side of the left and right sides, which has a remarkable ventilation effect.

QHow can this device trip when it is heated to the set temperature? Trip when it reaches the set 70 degrees
A Where should the over-temperature protection be set to 15 degrees more? If the temperature is the same as the over-temperature setting, the alarm will be turned off.
