It can accurately test whether the surface tension of the plastic film reaches the value of the test pen. Instructions

  1. Choose a corona pen with a suitable dyne value

  2. Clean the surface of the film and lay it flat on a horizontal table

  3. Gently draw a stroke on the film surface with a corona pen

  4. If the fluid does not shrink within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise not.
