Principle

Driven by the power unit, the stirring blades rotate in a fixed direction; during the rotation process, the materials are driven to rotate axially and radially. The materials in the mixer have axial movement and circular movement at the same time, so there are several stirring forms such as shear stirring and diffusion stirring at the same time. A scraper is installed on the stirring paddle, which is close to the wall of the barrel for scraping. When the scraper rotates with the agitator, the material on the wall of the barrel is completely scraped off, so that there is no residual material on the wall of the barrel and the mixing effect is improved at the same time. The dispersing disc runs at a high speed to make the material flow in a ring shape, generate a strong vortex, and descend to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution. The agitating disc produces a better radial effect through circular motion, accelerates the material circulation, and improves the dispersion efficiency. The hydraulic lift mixer drives the hydraulic plunger to lift through the hydraulic pump, driving the entire transmission mechanism and the working group to lift.
