Bending Stiffness Tester

Touch screen, multi-functional intelligent, suitable for measuring the bending stiffness of Paper, Cardboard and other sheet-like non-metallic materials with Film thickness less than 2mm. The test results are exactly the same as the Taber method and the electronic method. The test results are intelligently calculated by the whole computer, and two test units are available: mN or mN.m.

Applications

The computer stiffness Tester is a multifunctional intelligent computer stiffness Tester, which is suitable for measuring the bending stiffness of paper, cardboard and other strong sheet non-metallic materials with a thickness of less than 2mm.

The test angle of the instrument can be set arbitrarily between (1~90)°, and the test time can be set arbitrarily within the specified range (3s~30s). With the function of automatic zero-adjustment test, it is the first automatic stiffness Tester in CHINA that uses a color touch screen as the man-machine interface. It can display the stiffness and time curve in real time, and the touch screen is easy and convenient to operate.

This instrument has the functions of various parameter testing, display, memory, statistics and printing included in the standard, and provides scientific data analysis for cardboard bending stiffness testing. The test result is exactly the same as the Taber method and the electronic method. The test result is intelligently calculated by the whole computer. Two test units are optional: mN or mN.m.

Features

After the test is completed, return to the initial position at high speed, and the return speed can be set arbitrarily between (1 ~ 12);

7.5° and 15° stiffness test (arbitrary setting between (1～90)°);

The test time can be set at any number between (3～30)s;

The change of test angle is automatically controlled by the motor, which improves the measurement efficiency and reduces the human influence;

6 bending lengths can be tested: 50mm, 25mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm, 5mm (±0.5 mm);

With automatic zeroing function, there is no need to manually check the sample before testing;

With measurement statistics, printing and other functions, the measurement time can be set;

The human-machine interface adopts a color touch screen, Chinese and English operating systems, and can communicate with the upper computer software (purchased separately).
