Test Principle

The heat-sealing Tester adopts the heat-press sealing method, places the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads, and completes the sealing of the sample under the preset temperature, pressure, and time. Provide guidance for users to find heat sealing parameters through trial and error. To ensure fast and precise pressure setting, the heat-sealing jaws gently move against and seal adjacent samples, resulting in reproducible short sealing times. The setting of heat sealing time can be set arbitrarily. Press the foot switch, the sample is pressed, and the heat sealing time is determined by the pressing time of the foot switch, loosen the foot switch, the upper and lower heat sealing knives are separated from the pressing state, and the heat sealing of the sample is completed.
