Introduction

The ZY-RF-S1 Heat Sealing Tester uses a hot press sealing method to test the heat sealing temperature, time, pressure, and other parameters of plastic films, flexible packaging composite films, coated paper, and other heat-sealed composite films. Due to differences in melting point, thermal stability, flowability, and thickness of heat sealing materials, their sealing performance can vary significantly, and the sealing process parameters may differ greatly. The ZY-RF-S1, with its standardized design and regulated operation, ensures precise heat sealing test data, providing guidance for large-scale industrial production.

Applications

Suitable for heat sealing tests on various film materials, such as plastic films, composite films, paper-plastic composite films, co-extruded films, aluminized films, aluminum foils, and aluminum foil composite films. The sealing surface is a smooth plane, and the sealing width can be customized as required. It can also be used for sealing plastic tubing.

Standards

The instrument uses a hot press sealing method, where the sample is placed between the upper and lower heat sealing heads and sealed under preset temperature, pressure, and time. The device complies with multiple national and international standards, such as: QB/T 2358, ASTM F2029, YBB 00122003.
