Inner box size 500X500x500mm, heating power 4KW, temperature control room temperature + 10~200 ℃, double air duct, horizontal circulating air, PID temperature control.

Introduction

The oven is widely used: it is suitable for baking items to be baked, removing substrate stress, curing ink, drying paint film, etc. Widely used in precision baking, drying, Tempering, preheating, shaping, processing, etc.

Temperature Control System:

1. Accuracy: control accuracy ±0.5℃,

2. Distribution temperature ±2.0°C (no load) 

3. Heating rate: RT+10℃～200℃ (about 40 minutes)

4. The temperature control is PID microcomputer automatic calculation and PV/SV display at the same time, the required temperature can be freely set according to personal wishes within the allowable range of the machine temperature, and the accuracy of its temperature control can be ensured by setting the PID parameters in the table , and the appropriate temperature control parameters can also be obtained by the self-calculation of the system in the meter itself.

5. The temperature sensing input CA(K) TYPE output is 12V.

6. The current controller is an SSR contactless relay, which maintains high stability of the current.

7. The heating material is honeycomb stainless steel heating tube, which is pollution-free and has a long service life.

4. Air supply system:

1. Forced convection air circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent from the air duct to the inside of the oven, and the hot air is sucked into the air duct to become the source of recirculation heating, thereby reducing energy Loss and ensure the temperature uniformity in the box, when the door opening and closing action causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can quickly return to the operating state temperature value.

2. The motor is a long-axis high-temperature resistant type imported from Taiwan, CHINA, with a power of 1HP50Hz

3. The fan is a multi-blade turbine type with high strength, and an adjustable deflector is installed inside to make the air passage run more smoothly.

5. Main components:

    1. Ultra-high temperature protection, no fuse switch, ceramic fuse, motor overload protection.

2. Support rack: 2 (divided into 2 layers).

3. Four brake working wheels.
