Operating Principle:

Precautions for use

1.) Before use, liquid medium should be added to the tank first, and it should not be dry boiled. (Note: The liquid cannot contain acidity or alkalinity).

2.) The power of the power supply should be greater than or equal to the Total power of the instrument, and the power supply needs to have a good grounding device.

3.) The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place.

4.) After the machine is used, turn off the machine and unplug it.

5.) When adding water, please pay attention to the upper cover plate not less than 8cm (super constant temperature Water Bath tank water) soft water is recommended, do not use well water, river water, spring water and other hard water, in order to prevent the heating pipe from bursting limescale and affecting the constant temperature sensitivity.

6) When the heating temperature is too high, the cover plate cannot be closed, so as to avoid water vapor entering the display screen.

External circulation pipeline connection

1. When the constant temperature liquid needs to be circulated externally, the water outlet of the Circulating Chiller (behind the instrument) is connected to the inlet of the external experimental container with a hose, and the water inlet of the Circulating Chiller (behind the instrument) is connected to the outlet of the experimental container outside the tank with a hose.

2. When external circulation is not required, the inlet and outlet of the Circulating Chiller can be directly connected with a hose.

3. The connection of the hose at the inlet and outlet of the Circulating Chiller needs to be firm, and the hose should be checked frequently for aging.
