operation method

1. Plug in the power:

2. Temperature setting:

  Press the "SET" key to enter the temperature setting state. The last digit of the set value is flashing. At this time, press the shift key “ ” and then the digital adjustment key “ ” to set the working temperature you need, and then press the “SET” key to confirm the setting and save the set value. The upper part displayed on the screen is the real-time temperature, and the lower part is the set temperature, after which the machine enters the automatic control state.

Precautions for use

1.) Liquid medium should be added to the tank before use, and dry burning is not allowed. (Note: The liquid cannot contain acidity and alkalinity).

2.) The power of the power supply must be greater than or equal to the Total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding device.

3.) The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place.

4.) After using the machine, turn it off and unplug the power plug.

5.) When adding water, please note that the distance from the upper cover is not less than 8cm (adding water to the super constant temperature Water Bath). It is recommended to use soft water; do not use hard water such as well water, river water, spring water, etc., to prevent the scale from bursting on the heating tube and affect the constant temperature sensitivity.

6) When the heating temperature is too high, the cover cannot be covered to prevent water vapor from entering the display.

External circulation pipe connection

1. When the constant temperature liquid needs external circulation, connect the outlet of the Circulating Chiller (behind the instrument) to the inlet of the external experimental container with a hose, and connect the water inlet of the Circulating Chiller (behind the instrument) to the external experimental container of the tank with a hose exit.

2. When the external circulation is not required, the inlet and outlet of the circulation pump can be directly connected with a hose.

3. The connection of the inlet and outlet hoses of the Circulating Chiller needs to be firm, and it is necessary to check frequently whether the circulation hoses are aging.
