Principle and application

The original state of microbial samples may be block, paste, powder, etc., which must be made into fine liquid samples in order to facilitate the analysis and inoculation of microorganisms. Hit, generate pressure, cause oscillation, accelerate mixing, so as to achieve a uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution. This instrument is suitable for the homogeneous treatment of brain, kidney, liver, spleen and other tissues and microorganisms, and is widely used in the fields of food, medicine, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial detection.

The homogeneous bag for storing original sample substances and solvents is made of special materials and has been aseptically treated (users of the opened homogeneous bag should sterilize again to ensure sterility), and pass through the horizontal opening on the upper edge of the homogenizer door. The rod is clamped and sealed to avoid the overflow of the solution when the hammering plate is hammered. The beating plate of the homogenizer is constantly hammered on the homogenizing bag, and the pressure generated can crush and mix the samples in the bag. . Homogenization speed can be set programmable, each section can be set to 3~12 times/second, each section of homogenization time can be set to 1 second to 100 minutes or continuous operation, the user can make a reasonable choice according to the sample and solvent conditions, in order to To achieve a better homogeneous effect. For example: the liver timing of mice and rats is set for 3 minutes, and the medium speed is 6-10 times/second.
