This series of constant temperature and humidity testing machines are mainly used to simulate the harsh high-low temperatures that electronic instruments, new materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials, etc. may encounter during transportation, storage, and use. Or in a hot and humid environment; or in an environment of alternating high temperature, low temperature, and humid heat, test the resistance of materials, accessories, or equipment to high temperature, cold resistance, heat and humidity, and possible damage and shortened lifespan.





(1) Box structure:
1. Inner box material: Made of SUS304# (1.0mm thick) stainless steel plate, which has the advantages of acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.
2. Enclosure Material: SUS304# (1.0mm thick) stainless steel plate.
3. Door handle: It adopts non-reaction and explosion-proof door handle, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
4. Insulation system: Ultra-fine glass fiber is used to fill the insulation area, and the connection parts of the inner and outer boxes are made of non-metallic high-low temperature resistant materials to effectively reduce temperature conduction; the door seal is made of refined silicone rubber, so there is no aging under high-low temperature conditions. and hardening phenomenon, the sealing is more reliable; the humidification method adopts isolated humidification.
5. Moving and positioning device: High-quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to a designated position and then fix the casters.
6. Sample rack: It is made of SUS304# stainless steel punched and bent into a mesh shape. It is easy to use. The spacing between the material racks is adjustable. There are two pieces in the standard configuration. The samples are evenly distributed according to the load-bearing â§20kg.
7. Test hole: Open a Φ50mm test hole, and attach corresponding thermal insulation accessories and special sealing plugs
8. Observation window: It adopts double-layer vacuum-strengthened glass, and the inner glued conductive film is heated and defrosted to clearly observe the test process.
(2) Refrigeration system:
1. The refrigeration unit uses French Taikang compressors and American DuPont environmentally friendly refrigerant (R404a). It adopts a binary low-temperature circuit system design to facilitate the use of different compressors in different temperature ranges to increase equipment.
2. Temperature and humidity control adopts PID + SSR system co-channel coordinated control, with automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct temperature and humidity changing conditions, making temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.
3. Both temperature and humidity adopt high-precision controllers, and the relative temperature and humidity performance can be accurately set and displayed with a resolution of 0.1℃.
(3) Heating and humidification system:
1. Heating uses nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating electric wire;
2. High temperature completely independent system;
3. The humidity adopts stainless steel tube with built-in nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire and high-temperature magnesium oxide powder, which has fast response and long life.
4. The heating and humidification systems are completely independent, and the humidity has an automatic water replenishing device.
(4) Control system:
1. Adopt precision LCD display programmable temperature controller;
2. Intelligent digital display PID microcomputer temperature control instrument;
3. Touch setting, digital and direct display, the humidity directly displays the percentage, and the temperature sensor uses a PT100 platinum resistance Tester.
4. Temperature control adopts thermal balance temperature regulation method.
5. The precision liquid crystal display programmable temperature controller can be used for program testing. It can have multiple groups of multi-stage programming operations, optional fixed values ââand programs, and the function of setting the time arbitrarily.
6. The main electrical components of the equipment, such as circuit breakers and AC contactors, are all of the "CHINT" brand, and other electrical accessories are of familiar domestic (CN) brands.
7. Convenient data processing: It can be connected to a printer or 232 communication interface, and has a USB data transfer interface (U disk). It can be displayed on a computer and print temperature, humidity and time curves, providing a strong guarantee for data storage and playback during the test process.
(5) Protection system:
Overall equipment overtemperature, fan overheating protection, overall equipment phase loss/reverse phase, refrigeration system overload, refrigeration unit overpressure, overall equipment timing, and other protections such as leakage, operating instructions, automatic shutdown after fault alarm, etc.
