The VC-118-X camera test light box is a special light box newly developed by Shenzhen 3NH Technology Co., Ltd. with adjustable color temperature and illumination for camera testing. This product can test cameras with different field of view while using the same chart card. The built-in mobile slide table can easily move the camera back and forth. The light box is equipped with LED light source with high CRI, no flicker, long life and stable color temperature. Users can move the light source panel back and forth and rotate left and right according to different situations to obtain a more uniform lighting environment.

The VC-118-X camera test light box is mainly composed of a box body, a light source control box, and a bracket.

Features

Features

1. The surface color of the cabinet is neutral gray.

2. The window of the cabinet is covered with a black cloth curtain, which is convenient to open and close. Closing the curtains while working ensures that the internal Operating Environment is protected from external influences.

3. A camera mobile platform is installed in the middle of the box, and two linear slide rails with locks are installed under the platform. The platform can move forward and backward, and can also be moved to a certain position to lock the slide rails and fix it.

A LED light source with high CRI, standard color temperature, and no flicker is installed on the left and right sides of the mobile platform, and the illumination of the light source is adjustable. Two linear sliding rails with locks are installed under the LED light source lamp board, which can move forward and backward, and move to a certain position to lock the sliding rails and fix them. Loosen the butterfly thumb nut on the lamp holder, the LED light source panel can be rotated to adjust the angle, so that the light from the light source to the back panel of the light box is more uniform, and after the angle is determined, tighten the wing nut to fix the position.

Light source control method

1. Connect the power connection cables of the left and right LED light boards to the LED power connection cable plug 1 and LED power connection cable plug 2 of the light source control box, and the connection cables are not divided into left and right.

2. Connect the 220V power cord to the socket of the light source control box.

3. Rotate the color temperature knob to adjust the light color.

   High-illuminance dimming: Press the high/low-illumination switch to the high-illumination end, and turn the high-illuminance dimming knob.

   Low-light dimming: Press the high/low-light switch to the low-light end, and turn the coarse and fine knobs for low-light dimming.

The standard configuration in the VC-118-X camera test light box is a high-resolution LED light source with a color temperature of 2300K to 8000K.

VC-118-X is a light box specially designed for camera testing, which can meet the test of lenses with different Viewing Angles. The back panel of the light box can post twice (712mm*400mm) ISO12233 standard test charts. In addition to standard ISO12233 test charts, there are also charts suitable for wide-angle lens and fisheye lens testing. All charts are magnetic on the back, and the charts can be placed anywhere in the light box according to user needs.
