Introduction

DS-220 Colorimeter is a stable and reliable Colorimeter measuring instrument. DS-220 Colorimeter has a repeatability of dE*ab≤0.03, including 3 calibers (11mm/6mm/3mm), including UV light source, camera viewing, complete functions, and can also be connected with mobile phone APP, WeChat applet, and computer management software for color measurement.

Core technology

(1) Dual-optical path design improves repeatability, dE*ab≤0.03

The dual-optical path design monitors the energy fluctuation of the light source while measuring the sample signal, reduces interference during measurement, obtains higher measurement stability, and improves the repeatability of the instrument to dE*ab≤0.03. The measurement speed, accuracy and stability of the instrument are guaranteed. The related technology is protected by Chinese invention patents and American invention intellectual property rights.

(2) Innovative 5 micron thickness nano-integrated optics

After painstaking research, the nano-integrated optical device is used as the optical splitting device, and only 5 micron thickness of the optical device can achieve nano-level spectroscopy ability, which greatly improves the technical performance of the product. SCI refers to the specular reflection method, which is generally used to study the properties of the color itself and does not care about the surface gloss of the color adherence.

(4) Contains UV rays for fluorescent color measurement

The DS-220 Colorimeter can still provide stable and objective reflectance data for color measurement on the surface of fluorescent materials.

(5) The calibration base and the zirconium reference with Mohs hardness of 9 calibrate the instrument to ensure the long-term stability of the instrument

Compared with existing products, DS-220 Colorimeter does not need frequent manual calibration when in use, as long as it is placed on the calibration base, the instrument will automatically calibrate the overall instrument function and accuracy according to its own state and environmental factors, so as to ensure that the instrument is in a stable state at all times and is ready to be on call at any time.

The whiteboard in the calibration base serves as a benchmark for the accuracy of the instrument. Through long-term investment and research, CHNSpec has integrated zirconium material, known as "artificial diamond", as a calibration whiteboard, with a surface Mohs hardness of 9. Because the material itself has a hardness and stability comparable to that of diamonds, it is guaranteed that the surface of the calibration whiteboard will not be scratched and will not change color with changes in temperature and humidity. Compared with similar products in foreign and domestic (CN) countries, ordinary industrial ceramics and even plastics are used as calibration whiteboards, which further improve the stability and durability and ensure the performance of the instrument.
