QWhen we make plastic products, we need to measure Color and Gloss. Is SA26 suitable?

Yes. The SA26 Colorimeter can simultaneously measure SCI (including specular reflection) and SCE (excluding specular reflection), which is just right to fully evaluate the Color and Glossiness of plastics. It also has dual aperture switching, and plastic parts as small as 4mm can also be measured. The camera positioning also makes it easy for you to align the measurement points to ensure accurate data.
QWhen selecting a colorimeter, is it important for SCI and SCE to measure this function simultaneously?

Very important. SCI measures the total reflected light, including mirror reflection, which is suitable for looking at the overall Color of the material; SCE excludes mirror reflection, which is closer to the Color seen by the human eye at a specific angle. SA26 can measure both at the same time, and get two data in one measurement, no need to change the mode, which is convenient. For example, if you measure paints or leather with Gloss, you can comprehensively analyze the color and Gloss effect.
