Introduction

The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the material crushing operation. When working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears and tears the material, causing the material to be crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material to pass through the high-speed rotating hammer head. The head rushes towards the baffle and sieve bars in the frame body , and the materials larger than the screen hole size remain on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until they are broken to the required discharge particle size and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate. It is a professional equipment for crushing minerals with a certain hardness. Coal, ore, rock or other medium hard materials with 20% moisture.
