The German VMA high speed dissolver LC30 series is an entry-level economical Disperser with a variety of uses in the laboratory, both for dispersion, homogenization, stirring, emulsification and grinding.

Introduction

The LC series of multi-functional dispersing machines developed and produced by the German VMA company have a wide power range and can be used for small-volume testing and small- and medium-volume sample production. The German VMA LC30 series disperser is an entry-level economical disperser that has multiple uses in the laboratory. Used for dispersion, homogenization, stirring, emulsification and grinding.

The LC30 disperser has a convection cooling motor, which can maintain stability for a long time during operation, is very quiet, and the heat generated can be dissipated in time. In addition, it also adopts a container clamping device that is simple and convenient to operate.

The laboratory dispersion machine DISPERMAT LC30 uses a three-phase variable frequency drive motor with surface cooling function and minimal noise. The motor is integrated with the dispersion shaft. The shaft is made of stainless steel and has a built-in M5 thread.

The laboratory dispersing machine LC30 also uses an acid-resistant cast iron base. The bracket is equipped with a limit ring to prevent the dispersing shaft from accidentally touching the tabletop, and the distance between the dispersing plate and the dispersing container can be adjusted to keep it constant. There are also dispersion cup clamps installed on the bracket.

The LC30 high-speed disperser adopts VMA’s LC control technology. The following functions can be easily performed through the LC control panel:

Dynamically adjust the rotation speed of the dispersion disk;

Digital and intuitive display of dispersion speed;

The timing function can display the preset dispersion time and the time taken by the dispersion process.
