Introduction

Germany's VMA DISPERMAT LC laboratory high-speed dispersing machine is a new economical dispersing equipment, suitable for laboratories and pilot plants. It can perform stirring, dispersing, mixing and other operations for liquid-liquid or solid-liquid products.

The DISPERMAT® LC series of laboratory high-speed dispersers has nine models, including: Dissolver DISPERMAT® LC30, LC55, LC75, LC110-12, LC110-6, LC220-12, LC220-6, LC300, LC400, with a power range of 0.3 -4KW, can achieve 6000-20000rpm speed.

Features of different models

1. LC30, LC55, and LC75 are all desktop models, and those at the back are placed on the ground;

2. The sample volume for good dispersion effect is about 50% of the sample jar; or 40-60%;

3. The simple manual sample jar clamping device equipped with LC30 is not safety linked with the machine; the height adjustment of the dispersion disk shaft requires manual setting of the safety position (limit);

4. LC55 and LC75 are equipped with a manual sample jar clamping device with a safety device alarm (SAFE1) - the machine can only operate if tightened; the rotating shaft can be pre-set to a safe position (manually adjust the electromagnetic induction bearing), and an alarm (SAFE1) can be installed. The DISPERMAT® LC high-speed laboratory disperser is a universal laboratory and pilot plant disperser with a wide power range making it suitable for small as well as larger product quantities.

The control system of the laboratory high-speed disperser is composed of a newly designed control panel, stainless steel shell, and plastic foil keyboard. Users can adjust the speed through the control panel, and the speed value and time are digitally displayed. The test time can be preset and the remaining time can be displayed.

The DISPERMAT® LC laboratory high-speed disperser has a quiet, high-quality motor that allows quiet and noise-free operation, even at high speeds. The dispersing machine's built-in bracket complies with the safety guidelines of 2006/42/EG, providing safer dispersing operations.

Modular dispersion grinding system

DISPERMAT LC300 laboratory high-speed dispersing machine can be combined with different dispersing and grinding systems to form dispersing and grinding equipment with different functions, including APS grinding system, TML basket sand grinding system, CDS vacuum system, SR rotor-stator emulsification system and ASC scraper system.
