Leneta Form M72 opacity papers are all black and white/gray grid opacity papers with self-adhesive on the back. The four models correspond to different colors and sizes. Leneta Hiding Power Paper is imported from the United States and is specially used for testing the hiding power of paints and inks. It does not contain any fluorescent whitening agent and has good penetration resistance, which can well meet the needs of users for hiding power testing.

The choice of hiding power test paper is related to the coating process

Different paint formulations. Test cardboards are required to have different solvent resistance, stronger or weaker. Different types of resins need to use poor solvents. The polarity of the solvent determines that its organic components can be activated more or less. In response to this problem, leneta provides two types of test cardboard for testing hiding power: cardboard with varnish and no varnish.

Features

1. A test card with a varnish layer, which is very satisfactory for many coating systems: water-based and solvent-based coatings.

2. Ensure that no fluorescent agent is added, in line with ASTMD344 standard

3. Good repeatability of smooth color and gloss between batches

4. The characteristics of adhesion, especially suitable for latex paint

5. Sturdy design. Can prevent warping and bending after coating

6. The box is packed with low-permeability shrink film. Protect from moisture during transportation and storage

7. The batch number is printed on each card

Coverage jams with varnish

Has very good resistance to solvents

Very good repeatability of color and gloss from batch to batch

Smooth surface without any texture

Super strong adhesion and extensibility, no deformation and no curling even when exposed to high humidity

Coating spread/hiding power measurement

The basic considerations for the sale of architectural coatings are hiding power and yield, namely

How many coats are required for a complete film?

how many buckets of paint are needed

Hiding power is a measurement of hiding power, also known as spreading rate.

Hiding power (%) = Y black/Y white *100 (%)

100% is complete coverage, i.e. there is no difference in the applied film between the black and white areas.
