NDT280+ color screen Hardness Tester with metal shell is an innovative design based on the in-depth study of the principle of Leeb hardness measurement by our company. On the basis of the existing data sheet, four new material hardness systems have been added: alloy tool steel for D-type impact device has added HRA and HB; cast aluminum alloy HV item; C-type impact device has added cast aluminum alloy HV item; and, What's more worth mentioning is that the "User Material" function has been developed to meet the user's needs for testing special materials! Designed according to the principle of Leeb hardness, using D-type high-precision impact device, it can perform high-precision testing on various metal materials; the design is based on the standard: "Technical Conditions for Leeb Hardness Tester" JB/T 9378-2001.

  • Probe plug and play: manual setting and automatic recognition of the impact device function, convenient for use in special cases (such as 2-wire probe);

  • Built-in large-capacity lithium-ion rechargeable battery and charging control circuit; it can work continuously for not less than 150 hours; it has power-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown;

  • It is convenient to switch to all hardness scales (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HRA, HV, HS), and convert the measured values of each hardness scale in parallel;

  • Large screen (320×240), true color TFT LCD display, vivid and rich content, clear and intuitive information;

  • WOINDOWS interface style, full Chinese display, user-friendly menu operation, simple and convenient; LCD brightness can be adjusted arbitrarily, which is convenient for use in dim light environments;

  • Add "forged steel (Steel)" material, when using D/DC type impact device to test "forged steel" samples, the HB value can be read directly without manual table lookup.

  • One host can be equipped with 7 different impact devices, and the type of impact device can be automatically identified in real time. No recalibration required for replacement;

  • Large-capacity data storage: it can store up to 600 groups (impact times 32-1) of hardness measurement data, including single measurement value, average value, measurement date, impact direction, times, material, hardness system and other information;
