Applications

  This machine can be used for mold body shell stress test under high temperature, thermal (shock) abuse test and heating test.

  1. After the battery (pack) is fully charged, test it at an ambient temperature of 70±2°C for 7 hours, then remove it from the oven, and cool it down to room temperature. Only when the battery casing does not undergo physical deformation that exposes the inside to the outside can it be qualified

  2. Place each fully charged single battery in a natural convection or forced ventilation oven. The oven rises to 130±2°C at an average rate of 5±2°C. Before the end of the test, the battery is kept at this temperature for 10 minutes. No explosion, no fire as qualified
