Assembly steps

1. Remove the last drawer of the device to reduce the overall weight

2. After the installation equipment is assembled, the schematic diagram shows the orientation of the upper level of the equipment.

3. Manually place the upper layer of the equipment on top of the lower layer of the equipment, and align the 12 screw holes on the upper layer of the equipment with the 12 studs on the lower layer of the equipment when manually placing the upper layer of the equipment, leave enough space in the surrounding area and pay attention to safety)

4. After placing it, align the four corners of the equipment, then install flat pads and lock them on the 12 studs with nuts, so that the upper layer of the equipment and the lower layer are combined together.

5. Put the drawer taken out in the first step back to its original place (the inside must be neatly laid with air-conditioned cotton) to complete the assembly.

 Operation precautions

1. Before starting spraying, you need to check whether there are any debris on the platform below the Y-axis (Spray Gun assembly). No objects are allowed to be placed;

2. Before starting spraying, it is necessary to check that the work fixture corresponds to the Operating Mode;

3. When working, it is not allowed to put your hands on or beside the moving mechanism to avoid pinching;

4. Do not interfere with mechanical movements during work, otherwise the equipment may be damaged or even casualties may occur;

5. The working Voltage needs to be within the range specified on the instrument label, otherwise the instrument will be burned.
