Applications

The programmable high-low Temperature Test Chamber mainly provides complex high-low temperature alternating test environment and test conditions for the testing of electronic parts, industrial materials, and finished product research and development, production, and inspection, and is suitable for various industries such as electronic and electrical communications, chemical industry, hardware, rubber, toys, and scientific research.

Control instruments

7-inch large touch AP-900 intelligent programmable temperature and humidity controller: 120 groups of programs, each group of programs has 100 segments, you can set the program to full cycle, part cycle, program connection, set program end action, set standby action. It can be connected to USB flash drive to record test data in real time, export test history data, and import pictures. Standard RS232 communication interface, communication speed up to 115200bps, (optional RS485, communication distance up to 1.2km, up to 99 units).

Test chamber features:

★ The programmable constant temperature and Humidity Test Chamber is mainly composed of a control panel, a switchboard, a thermal insulation compartment, a blower, a heater, a humidifier, and a freezer, and the main specifications can be divided into 6 standard sizes and 10 specifications of different conditions.

★ The controller can be connected to the computer through the LAN interface, and the user can design programs, collect test data and records, execute call programs, and remotely control the machine on the computer screen.

★ The multi-wing blower is used to supply air to circulate strongly, avoid any dead angles, and make the indoor temperature and humidity evenly distributed.

★ Complete safety protection device, if an abnormal situation occurs, the controller screen will automatically display the fault status, cut off the power switch, and provide troubleshooting methods.

Specimen limitations

This test equipment prohibits the test of flammable, explosive and volatile substance samples or the test of storing corrosive substance samples or the test of storing biological samples or the test or storage of strong electromagnetic emission source samples.

Installation site

1. There is no strong vibration around the equipment, the ground is flat and well ventilated.

2. There is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment, no flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust.

3. Leave appropriate space around the equipment for use and maintenance, as shown in the figure below: 

Power supply conditions

※The user is required to configure the corresponding capacity air or power switch at the installation site, and this switch needs to be an independent AC220V power supply for this equipment.
