Features

The sand surface Hardness Tester is used to measure the surface hardness of the wet mold sand mold/core, and provide Specifications for formulating the molding process.

The sand surface Hardness Tester is divided into three types: A, B, and C, and the commonly used type is B type. in:

  • Type A: Suitable for surface hardness testing of fine sand molds/cores for manual or mechanical low and medium pressure molding.

  • Type B: suitable for surface hardness testing of fine and coarse sand molds/cores for manual or mechanical low and medium pressure molding.

  • Type C: suitable for testing the surface hardness of sand molds for high-pressure molding.

The unit of type B of the sand surface Hardness Tester is (g/mm), but it is customary to use the hardness H (A/B/C) instead of the unit. Because their values are related and consistent, if the unit value is large (g/mm), the corresponding hardness value is also large.

Average value calculation, maximum value latch, underVoltage alarm indication function.

Use USB cable, bluetooth data output to communicate with PC.
