• It adopts Android operating system and large-screen operation interface.

• 30fps high frame rate HD video, melted video playback is clear and smooth without stuttering.

• The 720P high-definition camera and high-sensitivity photoelectric detection element ensure that the user can intuitively and clearly observe the whole process of sample measurement.

• It can display the initial and final melting curves of the sample, the spectrum, and the video. High-definition measurement videos can be stored and played.

• The newly designed integrated heating furnace adopts precision platinum resistance, which heats up quickly and has high temperature control accuracy. The application of PID adjustment and PWM temperature control technology improves the measurement accuracy and reliability.

• The brightness of the light source and detection sensitivity of the photoelectric detection system can be adjusted, which can realize the automatic measurement of dark and transparent samples.

• The built-in WIFI module and network module can realize the networking function. Through the network or serial port, combined with the open interface of the user device, the seamless data connection and data sharing between the melting point instrument and the user system can be realized.

• The measurement results can not only be printed on a printer, but also a PDF report can be saved and the results (including videos) can be exported directly to a PC or USB flash drive.

• Complies with the relevant requirements of NCP, GMP, GLP and FDA/21CFR Part 11, with user management rights, and the SGW-685® has an optional audit trail function.

• The instrument uses the capillary specified by the pharmacopoeia as the sample tube, and can measure four capillaries at the same time.
