Applications

This product is used to measure the pendulum impact resistance performance test of plastic film, sheet and composite film through standard pendulum head and certain weight of pendulum impact. For example, the impact toughness of film materials such as PE/PP composite film, aluminized film, aluminum-plastic composite film, nylon film, plastic rubber, and metal foil for food and medical packaging bags. It can also be applied to the pendulum impact resistance test of paper and cardboard, such as aluminized paper for cigarette packs, aluminum-plastic paper composite materials for Tetra Pak packs, etc.

Features

The instrument impacts and breaks through the sample with a hemispherical punch at a certain impact speed, thereby measuring the energy consumed by the punch, and using this energy to evaluate the pendulum impact energy value of the film sample.
