Introduction

Hard sheet falling ball impact testing machine is suitable for judging the damage of plastic sheets with a thickness of less than 2mm under the impact of a steel ball at a given height. Widely used in quality inspection institutions, pharmaceutical companies and packaging manufacturers.

Test Principle

Cut a sample of a certain size, hold the sample on the chuck, select a suitable steel ball and install it on the electromagnetic device, release the steel ball, let the steel ball fall freely on the central part of the sample, and observe the damage of the sample. Calculate the breakage rate after multiple tests.

test application

Basic application: PVC hard sheet - used for judging the damage of polyvinyl chloride plastic sheet with a thickness less than 2mm under the impact of a steel ball at a height required by the standard.

Extended application: anti-theft bottle caps - used for anti-theft bottle caps falling ball impact test.
