It is a special sampling device for standard samples of water absorption and oil permeability of paper and cardboard. It can quickly and accurately cut samples of standard size. It is a professional auxiliary test device for industries and departments such as papermaking, packaging and quality supervision and inspection.
1. Unpack the packing box and take out the Kebo Absorbent Sampler.
2. Take out the operating handle from the packing box, remove the screw on the gear shaft of the sample puncher, and install the handle on the gear shaft of the sampler according to the position shown in the outline drawing.
3. Remove the anti-rust oil and dust deposits of all parts.
4. Place the sampler on a flat and stable workbench.
5. Slowly press the operating handle, do a short cut test, and check whether the upper and lower knives have gnawed on the knives. Repeated air-cutting tests to confirm that the upper and lower knives have no jamming or gnawing phenomenon, then the sample can be taken for trial cutting.
6. Take a thin slice sample with a thickness of (0.15-0.25) mm, place it on the lower knife surface, press the handle for a trial cut, take out the sample from the side of the base, and observe the incision. If the incision is neat and lint-free, it can be used normally.
7. Determine the number of layers for one punching according to the thickness of the sample, and the total thickness of the one punching sample should be in the range of 0.1mm-1.0mm.
8. Put the flat sample without indentation on the lower knife surface, press the operating handle quickly, and the sample punching is completed.
9. Remove the die cut sample from the lower part of the sampler.
