The PSH ISO cup is a benchtop Viscosity Cup with a stand, and five different models are designed according to different measuring apertures: No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6,No. 8 (customized), the measured aperture is 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm,8mm.The production designer of the PSH ISO Cup meets the standardASTM D 5125, ISO 2431, is a required testing instrument for laboratory testing of viscosity.
Made of anodized aluminium with a stainless steel pore size, the PSCHEN ISO cup is used to measure the viscosity of coatings, varnishes and other similar products.

Viscosity: The ability of a liquid to hinder its tendency to flow is known as viscosity. For the coatings industry, viscosity is a critical parameter.
Viscosity cups: Allow a liquid to flow through the nozzle, often using this method to measure and grade its viscosity relatively.
The dynamic viscosity value is usually expressed in the number of seconds in which the flow has been completed, but it can also be converted to centistokes by the viscosity conversion dial.
The kinematic viscosity value is usually expressed in the number of seconds of the flow out, but it can also be converted to centistokes by the viscosity conversion dial.
The unit of kinematic viscosity is stokes, Stokes, when the fluid viscosity is 1P (poise), the density is 1g/cm3 and the kinematic viscosity is 1 stokes.
cSt is an abbreviation for centistokes and is called centis, i.e. one hundredth of 1 stokes. CSt is the smallest unit of kinematic viscosity.
A stopwatch with high accuracy is required for use.
Coating ISO cups are made according to ASTM D 5125, ISO 2431 "Determination of Flow Time in Flow Cups" for basecoats and varnishes.
