Introduction

LS253 is a split Leeb Hardness Tester, the probe and the main unit are connected by aviation plugs, and the main machine intelligently identifies the impact device. The instrument adopts excellent digital dual-coil probe technology, which is highly resistant to interference and accurate measurement results. Built-in a variety of hardness systems, can be converted between Leeb (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and tensile strength (σb) to avoid tedious manual table conversion. The instrument has 2 measurement modes, the maximum value, the minimum value and the average value can be calculated through the statistical mode, and the batch inspection of the incoming material can be detected whether the incoming material is qualified or not through the QC mode. The instrument can be equipped with four different impact devices: D, DC, DL, C, which are suitable for different measurement needs.
