Introduction

Pattern extractor is a kind of experimental equipment for hand-copying pulp and rapid vacuum drying. In the laboratory, after various fibers such as plants and minerals are boiled, beaten, and sifted, the pulp is thawed to a standard, and then put into a sheet-copying cylinder. After stirring, it is quickly pumped into shape, and then pressed and vacuum dried on the machine to form a circular sheet with a diameter of 200 mm. The sheet can be used as a sample for further physical testing.

The technical specifications of this equipment meet the requirements of QB/T3703-1999 (preparation of pulp laboratory paper + conventional paper former method), ISO 5269/2 & ISO 5269/3, 5269/2, NBR 14380/99, TAPPI T-205, DIN 54358, ZM V/8/76.

This machine is an all-electric controlled molding equipment integrating Vacuum Pumping molding, pressing and vacuum drying. It is suitable for pumping molding and vacuum drying of various microfibers, nanofibers and ultra-thick sheets.

It adopts three-stage centrifugal special Vacuum Pump, which uses the principle of venturi tube and centrifugal vacuum technology to generate high negative pressure, with small size, compact structure and large air extraction volume;

The vacuum is high, and the use process does not require maintenance. Can work in harsh environments.
