The main purpose

GFJ high-speed disperser is a mechanical equipment used to stir, dissolve, disperse and homogenize a variety of mixed liquids and solids. It uses a speed-regulating motor as the main motor and can operate within the speed-regulating range of 80-1200 rpm. Medium speed is used for stirring and dissolving, while high speed is used for dispersing and homogenizing. Through the high-speed rotation of the blades, the material flips violently up and down in the container, and collides and shears with the blades, thereby rapidly dispersing and homogeneously mixing, and accelerating the dissolution process. This equipment is widely used in the production process of chemical products such as coatings, pigments, inks, and adhesives.

Structure and properties

Structural form: The mechanical lifting is equipped with a cycloidal needle reducer; the mixing system is equipped with a speed-regulating motor; a transmission; and an electric control box.
