Introduction

MXF-A series pilot small batch inverter disperser is a new type of product designed according to the actual needs of production, which is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of various paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid slurries. Providing the right data for large-scale production, it can also be used for small batch production, this series of products can be dispersed from 10 to 200L, and explosion-proof versions can be customized according to the characteristics of the material

Operating Principle

The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material flow in a circular shape, resulting in a strong vortex that descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing and stirring.
