Introduction

The paint film cylindrical bending tester is a special instrument used to evaluate the bending performance and flexibility of coatings or paint films. The instrument meets the requirements of the GB/T 6742 standard and can provide standardized test methods and results. The paint film cylindrical bending tester includes eight cylindrical shafts with different diameters, and the diameters of these shafts can be selected according to needs. The material of these cylindrical shafts is high-quality stainless steel, which has high hardness and corrosion resistance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test.

During the test, the coating or paint film sample to be tested is fixed on the cylindrical shaft, and a certain force is applied to make it bend. By measuring the applied force and the deformation of the sample, the bending properties and flexibility of the coating or paint film can be evaluated.

The cylindrical shaft of this instrument is divided into eight different diameters of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12mm, and its bending form is hinged connection.
