Features

• The instrument is fully automatic controlled by microcomputer. The special processing system is used to automatically collect dynamic signals, process and output data, and the instrument has a printing function to automatically record and lock the peak impact force.

• It adopts high-precision dynamic force sensor imported from Germany, with a range of 20KN.

• Adopting non-magnetic flux leakage adsorption structure, the drop weight and puncture cone automatically position the center position of the safety helmet.

• Test headform: special mold casting No. 1 and No. 2 and metal headform, in line with the specific provisions of the standard, after being impacted, can be repaired, much better than the old standard wooden headform.

• The whole machine is made of European standard aluminum profile, frame structure, and has stronger stability; The electrical circuit adopts the built-in type, the structure is beautiful, and it has a sense of modern technology and texture.

• Impact height: 1000mm±5mm, vertical screw handle to adjust the height. The height is easy to adjust and easy to control; Height measurement is simple and intuitive, which greatly improves testing efficiency and accuracy.

• The drop hammer and puncture hammer can be replaced freely, and the operation is simple.

• Protection system: The newly designed metal protective net around the test and the installation link fixing method greatly reduce the possibility of accidents in the test and further improve the safety of the test operation.

• The bottom is equipped with a horizontal testing device to ensure that the test is at the level and improve the accuracy of the test.

• Impact mode: It adopts the form of free fall, which is the most realistic simulation of the actual use of the site, which avoids the complex speed compensation of the falling body with guide rail or with guide, and ensures the accuracy of the test.
