Introduction

Testing the decolorization degree of printing ink is different from the friction of one-way straight line. This machine uses the arc specified by TAPPI to test the adhesion of the ink in various directions at the same time to judge the degree of discoloration. Purpose of the ink decolorization testing machine: It is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the PS plate photosensitive layer and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze problems such as poor scratch resistance of printed matter, peeling of ink film, low printing durability of PS plates, and poor coating hardness of other products.

Principle

The layer to be ground and the friction paper of the sample rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the loaded friction body. The wear resistance of the ink layer or coating can be judged by measuring the decrease in density or coating thickness before and after friction.
