Introduction
The SZQ-150 (75mm) single-sided paint Film Applicator has a coating thickness of 150 μm, one coating surface, a coating width of 75 mm, and a coating accuracy of ±2 μm.
The Wet Film Applicator is a manual laboratory applicator with different coating width specifications to choose from. It is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. The dimensional accuracy of the preparer is tested with imported three-dimensional coordinates before leaving the factory to ensure the coating membrane accuracy. The SZQ series preparers are available in various shapes such as I-shaped, frame-shaped, and square. According to the thickness of the coating film, they can be divided into single-sided, double-sided, four-sided, and eight-sided Applicators. The Wet Film Applicator is suitable for film production of paints, glues, coatings, inks, new chemical materials, etc. It can be equipped with a film coating machine for automatic film scraping.
