



GRS-RY200 hot pressing and shaping machine is mainly suitable for hot flat pressing of batteries after winding, which is convenient for entering the shell. The wound cells are placed on the template to shape the cells through pressure and heating to achieve the same thickness of the cells, reduce the elasticity of the cells, reduce the short circuit rate of the installed cells and ensure the consistency of the thickness of the finished cells.
This equipment uses a thermostat and thermocouple to control the heat transfer and pressure-feeding template of the heating tube to reach the set temperature, and then under the action of the cylinder, the upper and lower templates are pressed on the cells, and the heat of the heating template is transferred to the cells, so that the cells can be stably formed under a certain temperature and pressure.
The temperature of the work surface can be adjusted through the buttons of the thermostat panel. The current value and the set value of the set temperature can be displayed through the LCD display screen, which is intuitive and clear, has high temperature control accuracy, and is easy to operate;
The pressure of the upper and lower working surfaces can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve to achieve the requirements of different process parameters;
